ALPHA LIPOIC ACID (ALA)

Service Description

Our Registered Nurse will administer the ALA via an intra-venous infusion delivered over 1 hour. ALA is produced in the body and found in every cell. It helps protect cells from damage by scavenging free radicals, which are waste products created when the body turns food into energy. ALA may also help regenerate other antioxidants, like vitamins C and E. Potential benefits: ALA may help with pain related to diabetic neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome and other metabolic disorders, including type 2 diabetes.
